Spoiler Alert: Do not read on if you have not yet watched Season 3, Episode 12 of AMC’s “The Walking Dead,” titled “Clear.”

Opening act, nothing like the nice open road, fresh air, a hitch hiker, and getting stuck in a ditch, to create an awesome road trip, I always say! Oh yeah, so I dunno about you, but my momma always said to me, “Don’t pick up no hitch hikers, they could be killers or rapists or sumthin.” Well, in this case I suppose we’ll never find out but c’mon these rules still apply in undead aftermath.

As they walked into Boobey Trap Town, it reminded me of walkin through those made up towns for paintball. I have to admit those traps are the way to go very clever indeed! Much to our surprise, Morgan is back! Thanks Carl for saving the day, yet again. Now I can’t even begin to tell you how many times my son asked me about this dude in season 2, “What about Morgan, Dad?” Frankly, I paid no mind to it thinkin he won’t come back but I guess my son knew sumthin I didn’t. I’m glad to see he’s alive, but not so glad he ain’t well, then again who is, in all this madness?

So what did you think about Carl’s side mission. It was a nice display of what a child would do for his baby sister, not that I have anything to say because in the long run Carl has come a long way from where this show first started. He’s growing up quick! His interactions with Michonne were a much needed confirmation, that she aight! She shows her compassionate side and really opens up in this episode.

So back to Morgan, what did you guys think about the whole CLEAR concept? Did you think it was meant in the sense that he feels that he needs to clear this world of the undead or that no one really is clear of this disease/plague? How about that whole moment of clarity for Rick when he tells Morgan that he has to be able to come back from what he’s going through, Rick sees himself as Morgan for what he’s been through. Almost similar situations, but then again not; Rick losing his wife by Carl, Morgan losing Duane by his wife.

Closing scene, end road trip…eeew road kill, uhm ooops maybe we shoulda picked up that hitch hiker, NOT, let’s see what he got! Don’t forget to share your thoughts and comments with us. Let’s Zombie Talk!
