... A respected home grown Dj/Promoter that has put together some of Chicago's illest shows since 98. Juan Alvarez began djing and promoting Drumnbass in Chicago and has brought some of the biggest international djs to this city. LTJ Bukem, High Contrast,
Andy C, Dj Marky, Pendulum, Spy, Total Science, etc. the list goes on and on. After holding down dnb nights at famed club Smartbar, Liars Club, Vision, Cafe Lura and Martini Ranch he left to start a new endeavor at Crocodile Lounge. Now with one year under his belt, Crocodile's "Natives"night (held every 1st Thurs.) has fast become a feature in the city nightlife calendar. With acts like Kate Simko, Tevo Howard, Klute, Jeff Pietro, Karl Meier and a slew of others Midway wanted to offer a stage for quality music no matter what the genre. With hosting and playing alongside some of Chicago's finest this dj can work the decks on many different levels. From dnb to house to techno and everything in between, you'll definitely be in store for a solid set of music.
